Ultrasound turnaround is often slower. Slow result delivery is a common weak point — ask vendors for their median turnaround time, not just their best-case.

Technicians should hold ARRT certification and state licensure where required. Many vendors assign technicians to fixed regional routes, which improves consistency, workflow familiarity, and arrival predictability. If consistent staffing matters to your care team, ask explicitly — not all vendors guarantee it.
